First visit to Capital city church?
Our goal is to help you and your family have a great experience here at Capital City Church, and part of that is making sure we answer questions before you even ask. Whether you’re a young or senior adult, single or married with kids, you’ll feel encouraged by the authentic community we have.
So you won’t feel rushed we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before our 10:00 a.m. service begins, to ensure you have enough time to grab a cup of coffee, check-out the space, or drop-off your kids, before making your way into the worship center.
You may wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. The people that gather at Capital City Church each Sunday wear anything from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts.
Adequate parking is available around our location, the Elite Gynastix building. Need Directions? Click here
Yes! Our Kids Ministry offers three different class levels for children of all ages, from birth to 5th grade. Visit our Kids Ministry page to learn more about the curriculum.
If you need assistance getting to church, for whatever reason, please let us know. We will absolutely do our best to assist you in finding a ride.
While we don’t have a transportation program in place per se, we do have members who will be happy to give you a ride, so you never have to miss service.
Capital City Church is non-denominational. We are part of the ARC community and the Church Multiplication Network. We believe in reaching imperfect people to follow a perfect Jesus. We believe the Bible is God’s Word and it’s perfect. For a more in-depth look at everything we believe as a church, click here.
At Capital City Church our format is accessible to anyone, no matter where they are on their life’s journey.
We begin each service with vibrant, contemporary Christian music led by our Worship Team. Whether you lift your hands in praise and sing along or stand in quiet reflection, we hope you’ll feel God’s presence.
In every service, you will hear a relevant, straightforward message based on Scripture that will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong Biblical foundation.
If you are visiting, we won’t ask you to give a dime. We won’t make you wear a visitor badge or ask you to stand up or do anything that could make you feel uncomfortable. We want you to remain as anonymous as you want to be. When you’re ready, we’ll be there to greet you and answer any questions you may have. We also encourage you to visit our church over several weeks to see what’s going on at Capital City Church.
Attending a small group is the first step in making a new church your community and a great way to grow in your relationship with Jesus is to have intentional relationships with people who share the same beliefs. A small group is an ideal place for cultivating these relationships. Click here if you’re interested in receiving more information on attending a small group.
Your health and safety are our top priority. Our teams are taking extra time to thoroughly clean and disinfect spaces before, during, and after every service. In addition, we have hand sanitizer and masks available for use at all times, if you choose. We also encourage everyone to keep in mind the health, safety, and comfort level of those around them.
Let us know you're coming.
If you are planning to join us for a service, we have a simple way for you to let us know.
