Hello! We're excited to meet you and welcome you to Capital City Church. If you're new or if you've been attending for a while but haven't yet filled out a YOU card, we've made it easy to do so.

We want to know who you are and how God is writing your story. A YOU card allows us the opportunity to get to know you better; to connect with you and help you grow in your relationship with Christ and in the church.
